Not Walking Yet

Connor is still practicing yet. Still hasn't been brave enough to take those first steps on his own. He's close, but still is scared when you let him go. So for now, he waddles like a penguin pushing his toys around the house.

Connor's New Kitchen

Today Mark brought home a new "kitchen" for Connor. I had seen it posted online on a local classified website for pretty cheap. Mickey, our neighbor, was joking with me that I'm gonna turn him into a girl. Nah, I said...he's gonna learn to help Mom with dishes and to cook and bake and also go hunting and chop wood with Dad. He'll be a well rounded kid.

Slideshow - Grandma's 80th Birthday

Happy 80th Birthday Grandma!

This past Saturday we celebrated my Grandma Bass' 80th birthday with a open house and dance in Okabena. A fun time was had by everyone. I have a lot more pictures and will work on posting a slideshow here as well. For now...here are a few pics.

To: Connor -- From: Santa

Here is Connor opening his presents on Christmas Eve from Santa. After all the birthday presents, he started to figure out what "presents" are. Mom trying to show him how his new colors work
We thought it would be fun to see if we could fit him into his stocking like last year.
He wasn't too thrilled about the whole idea.
Here he was last year in his Christmas stocking.
