Pictures from the weekend at Bon & Joe's

Izzabelle wishing Connor was able to run and play with her. Oooh, not too long and they both will be tearing around together.

Pumpkin Pictures

Tonight, our neighbors came and took a couple bales out of our hayshed. This opened up the bales for a perfect picture spot for Connor and his pumpkins.

Fall Stroller Ride

Today after the sun finally came out again, Connor and I took our daily stroll down to the mailbox. I brought along my camera and took some pictures of all the fall colors.

Here is the view behind the house. Connor is watching our dogs, Ace and Jake, jump in the kennel as they wait to get out and go for a walk.

Here is the view looking down the driveway in front of the house.

Future Duck Hunter?

Duck hunting started this past Saturday and Mark brought more food home for the family. They shot three on Saturday and Mark got these three in the photo on Sunday. Connor was all decked out in his camo sweatshirt in honor of the holiday weekend. :)

Gathering the crop

Yesterday, Mark had the day off of work so we went and dug our potatoes and carrots from the garden in the morning. We only planted a few potatoes and ended up with a good amount. We planted a whole row of carrots so we are stocked with carrots too. Connor helped. Well, he watched from his wagon. I had him bundled up pretty good as it was pretty cold out. We picked our pumpkins and hauled them up to the house too. We ended up with 8 from one plant. We tried to get Connor to stand by his pumpkin, but he was getting pretty antsy with us by then.

The produce inspector
He was not happy with us by this time.
We'll have to get another picture when he is in a better mood.

ECFE, Bookmobile, etc.

Today was another ECFE day. There were around 12 kids there today. I think Connor has fun watching and playing with the other kids. On the way home we stopped by the post office and the Bookmobile happened to be parked on the street. I'd never been to the Bookmobile up here. I think I was more excited than Connor. We found a few books for him and a few magazines and a movie for me.
